This condo always had fabulous views of Lake Michigan, but was not always such a bright, happy place to vacation and entertain. We opened up the kitchen and sunroom spaces, allowing for even better views from every vantage point and used crisp white, classic navy, kelly green and fun pink accents in the finishes and furnishings to add a whimsical cottage vibe. Innovative slide by doors to the sunroom look as good open as they do closed letting the client take in the views even when the space is closed off. The handsome fully remodeled navy and white kitchen allows for integrated entertaining and serving. Two fully remodeled bathrooms incorporate white oak furniture style vanities and vibrant tile accents that pop against a crisp white backdrop.

This home is located in one of the most beautiful areas of DePere perched high above the Fox River. Prior to this all encompassing remodel, it was dark, dated and had low ceilings which prevented the client from being able to fully enjoy the stunning views. The builder literally raised the roof, retrussed the entire home and removed most of the interior walls. We repurposed meaningful architectural elements from the original home, used locally salvaged barnwood and beams and utilized local artisan talent ensuring that this home can tell a story of the owners personality. After the remodel, this home reflects the clients love of rustic farm house design while allowing for sweeping views from all areas of the house.

This lower level renovation transformed the client’s space from an indistinct, lack luster living area into an inviting, multifunctional space with a youthful, warm spirit. Individual activity areas were defined by decorative lighting, area rugs and the perfect furniture layout. The cozy caramel, black and cream color pallet was established early on by the stunning natural stone tops. Youthful textures in the carpet, stone and tile bring a dynamic, exciting energy to the space.

This main level remodel project included removing obtrusive headers and unnecessary wall sections in addition to providing a new open kitchen design and all updated finishes. The new open kitchen design features a large uniquely shaped island, gorgeous copper range hood and large hammered copper farm sink. The result is a gorgeous airy space perfect for this family’s day to day and entertaining needs. This spring showcase home boasts an elegant modern farmhouse style that seamlessly blends the very different aesthetic preferences of the two owners. This master suite renovation was the third and final phase of the owners whole home remodel. We created a sophisticated yet casual rustic sanctuary that blends with the interior style in the rest of the house. Unexpected textures like brick veneer, an aged tin ceiling and porcelain plank tiles give this master suite the character and soul of a historic home while including luxurious amenities.

This secluded home had not been touched since it was built over 35 years ago. After an extensive remodel including an addition, a totally revamped interior layout, raising the roof and floor as well as an exterior face lift, this cozy rustic farm house is now as beautiful as the scenic location it sits on in Suamico. Visible now from every public interior space, the original stone fireplaces were salvaged and updated with barn beam mantles. A beautifully crafted wood tread staircase and rail system is the central design feature and with windows wrapping the home, every room is flooded in light and surrounded by natural beauty.

This 1980’s brick ranch was a time capsule nestled on a beautiful wooded lot. The renovation included all new modern black windows and five light doors, a family friendly open floor plan, an amazing double island kitchen, copious skylights and a fabulously appointed master suite.
